play date with farrow kate...

I know. that rhyme is totally cheesy, but I just couldn't help it. ANYWAY...Farrow Kate came to play at our house a few weeks ago, and Warren couldn't have had a better time. I think Farrow Kate enjoyed herself too!

Warren was actually still asleep when she arrived, so Farrow Kate busied herself at the kitchen table with Play-Doh and other entertaining what-nots while I washed dishes. What a sweetie! She wanted to go wake Warren up, but pretty soon he complied with her wishes. He couldn't believe it! Farrow Kate was here! He literally bounced off the bed to go play.

And play they did. They colored. They made Play-Doh snakes. and balls. and mush. They raced trains. and then they remembered the ball-pit...how much do you love those grins?

I think they were tuckered out by this point, but they both wanted me to "make train go", so I set up Warren's choo-choo train his Kiki and Bunky gave him. they look fairly zoned out, so I'm assuming the round and round had a hypnotic effect.And then it was time for Farrow Kate to go home. I think they hugged, and pretty sure Warren blew his kiss to her - I know he's looking forward to the next time!

Oh yeah...this shot is actually from an earlier play date, but I wanted to include it. Farrow Kate was stylin' in my high heeled boots!! Warren tried to put them on too, but promptly fell down. and that's just fine with me. Real men may wear pink, but I think high heels would be stretching it just a bit too far!!
