a little bit of Christmas...

Yet again...slim pickings for pictures this Holiday Season. Where was I?? Guess the grinch got a hold of me. These few pics are of Christmas morning in West Point...

The John Deere Chainsaw: Warren kept returning to this every time we walked into Corner Shoe Store...went straight to it! So we were most grateful that Santa decided to bring it to him.
He ALSO brought Warren his very own talking Cookie Monster! He says "Cookie!", "Cowabunga" and all the clever Cookie Monsterisms. Warren loves him so much, he's now even developed a "Cookie Monster-style" eating technique...yeah. Mama's not too happy about that cute habit...adds a lot of vacuuming to my daily tasks! Warren (of course) finds it hilarious.
The best was having Cookie Monster AND the chain saw! Daddy had fun too...

I suppose the most fun Warren had on Christmas Day in West Point was with his Aunt Mara's gift...his very own Play-Doh factory! 6 colors, a squishy-shape making machine, and all sorts of cut out shapes...heaven, i tell you. Here's Warren and cousin Samantha having a ball!
Well, we still have Christmas with the Eakes family (Ben's parents and siblings, extended etcs) coming up at the end of January (!...long story, involving ER doctor scheduling, a broken leg and an out of town job), so maybe now that it is a new year I'll start using my camera again! I DID get some good video clips of Christmas "morning" at home, just no pics...oh well. I vow to do better!
